But when owner-designer SuzAnn Kletzien of SuzAnn Kletzien Design started working on a modern condo in Chicago’s Aqua Tower, she learned that her client was more interested in seeing where Kletzien’s creativity would go than sharing her own ideas. That client, an easy-going young professional, had just two requests for her living room design: incorporate the color blue, and use a sunburst mirror in the space. More

Craftsman homes are inherently classic, displaying great workmanship and simple, elegant designs built with an eye toward comfort, line, and form.
